The bracelet looks good and just like the image. The packaging was also well done, so I would feel confident giving this and other products as gifts.
The area for improvement is the communication about the order shipment. There was essentially no communication for about two weeks until I received an email stating is had shipped and would be 7-9 days. Them the package arrived late that same day. Weird.
Still, good product, even if the logistics are a bit uneven. Thank you.
